🚨 BREAKING: Iran Reveals Truth Behind Mojtaba Khamenei’s Injuries After Israel Strike!

The Iranian Ministry of Health has issued a rare, detailed disclosure breaking the silence on the medical condition of the newly named Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei. Addressing widespread international rumors, a health official confirmed that the 56-year-old leader suffered only "superficial" injuries during the explosive US-Israeli airstrikes in late February—the very same conflict that claimed the life of his father, former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

According to Health Ministry spokesman Hossein Kermanpour, Mojtaba Khamenei was rushed to a Tehran hospital on February 28 following the bombardment of the government district. Despite Western intelligence reports and claims by US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth suggesting that the leader was "gravely wounded and disfigured," Iranian medical officials firmly pushed back against the narrative. Kermanpour stated that the leader sustained minor injuries to his face, head, and legs, requiring nothing more than a few standard stitches. Officials emphasized that there was absolutely no limb amputation or long-term disability, and that the leader even refused to break his Ramadan fast during his brief hospital stay.

This highly calculated official update comes at a time when Mojtaba Khamenei has notably avoided any live public appearances since stepping into power on March 8, opting instead to issue written statements. While Tehran portrays this narrative of "perfect health" to project political stability following a massive regional escalation, international analysts view the extreme secrecy surrounding his current undisclosed location as a strategic defensive measure against potential future strikes.
